We accept returns only under the following conditions:
•The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
•The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
•Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
•Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks (due to hygiene reasons)
•Customized or personalized products
•Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events
•Gift cards or store credit
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Email us at aaekam@outlook.com or call us at 9871840522 with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
2.Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return shipping instructions.
3.Carefully pack the item and ship it back to the address provided.
4.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
Once your return is approved and processed:
•Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
•In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after confirmation.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or contact us directly for support.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size, style, or color, please return the item and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
•Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
•Share images of the damaged item with your email request.
•We will verify the issue and provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
